Let’s divide this drawing into several “levels” to make everything easier. The sea at the very bottom is the first step in this how to draw a Ship tutorial (00 min 05 sec). Next, draw another line in the middle of this part and add a long rectangular shape right above it (00 min 12 sec).

You can either follow my lead or do it your way. Overall, there are 7 windows in the third levels and 9 in the second (00 min 30 sec). And, you’ve got 3 “steams” coming out of each pipe. I used the gradual approach and finished the whole thing in one go. Do whatever works for you and don’t forget about two more waves at the bottom.
